Apply Metadata during Import?

Hi,
I am a DK newbie, trying to figure out how to migrate from Lightroom into DK.
I am running 8.7.0 in Windows 11.

Lightroom's Import screen allows you to apply a Metadata template
and Keywords to the images during the import.

It seems like DK does not have those features.
The DK Import screen can apply a Template via "On the Fly",
but that only works for JPG images, not RAW. :-(
The Import screen does not seem to have a way to apply Tags during import.

Is that right, or have I missed something?
Do all Templates and Tags have to be applied AFTER import?
