People view not sync

Hello everyone,

Here's an example of my problem: In the face detection interface, my 
friend Alex only has 10 photos, but in the Tag Manager\Persons\Alex, 
there are 452, and I can see and open them all correctly.

Also, I'd like to know how to sync people's tags with the People view.
I don't know how long ago it changed, but before (at least 1 month) 
everything was fine.

I hope this is clear enough and apologize for my poor English.
