Re: Automatically assign tags to new photos

Hi,

Assigning tags while downloading is not yet implemented, but a Label
is possible (label is a simplified sort of tags in the database).
From the import tools select the item to download in your collection
and from the context menu you can enable the Assign Labels switch. I
recommend using a specific Color label for that. Label in digiKam
Labels tab from the left sidebar, you will be able to sort items by
Color.
