Re: digiKam 8.8.0 is released

Hi Jan,

Download the "-debug" suffixed appimage bundle that we provide and run
it in GDB as explained here :

https://www.digikam.org/contribute/#linux-host-using-gdb

At end, list the GDB backtrace here for investigation.

Note : the both awk error at startup are suspect:

AppImage start through a bash script internally which can be viewed here :
