Not sure if this helps, but doing a quick check with Dr Google
using

are pentax dslr focus points chart

implies the points are fixed so the numbers seen in the exif
might represent the ID number of a focus point. See

for a visualization. Additional searches might identify the
actual mapping.

Sure, their numbers are in Exif. But not their coordinates so I don’t
understand how it helps showing them in digiKam without further
information.
