I use a nested series of heirarchical tags, often four or five layers deep. Is it possible to instruct DigiKam so that if I tag the deepest layer the others will be added automatically? For example, I use a zoological classification tag set for wildlife photographs. For a photograph of a gull, the heirarchy looks like this: Animals-Birds--Non-passerines---Charadriiformes----Laridae-----Larinae Currently I have to tag each of these separately even though they are arranged as a heirarchy in my tag list. Ideally I would like to be able to check "Larinae" and have all of the parent tags added automatically (one tick instead of six in the tags list). Can this be done?
