Albums and images should be renamed in digiKam so that their respective database IDs remain the same. You cannot rename the root album in digiKam; it must be renamed externally. Then, in digiKam's collection settings, use the "update" function to switch to the new root folder/album path. Maik Am Sonntag, 30.
