Hi,

As a new digiKam user who is very interested in the photo geolocation features, I see that the ‘imagepositions’ table contains ‘orientation’, ‘tilt’, ‘roll‘, and ‘accuracy’ fields.
However, I have not found a way in the interface to update this information interactively.
Is this already possible? (and if so, how?)

For your information, I contribute to an open source/open data project called Panoramax (https://panoramax.fr/), which aims to offer a free and collaborative alternative to ‘G**gle Streetview’.
For this type of project, many photographers take photographs (mainly 360°, but not exclusively), and the orientation metadata of the photos is very useful (in addition, of course, to the geolocation metadata, which is very well managed with digiKam).
Unless I am mistaken, the main fields identified for this information are Exif.GPSInfo.GPSImgDirection and Xmp.GPano.PoseHeadingDegrees.
It would be really great if digiKam could manage this orientation information!

Your response could also be shared with many users, as we have identified digiKam as a potentially very useful tool for this project.
