Additional information associated with images

I am updating my image collection and for every image, tif and jpg would 
like to add two descriptions. One is the image title which will be in 
the Roman script and a short poem of 4 lines which will be in the 
Devanagari script. Couldn't figure out if this is possible and if 
possible how to do it.
