He means that captions support multi-languages. In the same item, you can
host French, Germain, Spanish, etc, captions at the same time. It's also
the case for the item Title.

Each caption is paired with a language identification (FR, DE, SP, etc).
There is one generic entry named x-default which always exists where using
English is recommended but not mandatory.
