pgf converter

Hi Gilles,

having used the pgf converter some years ago it works on my linux computer.

Using also WSL on win11 laptop, i copied the program on /usr/local/bin.
But first he asked for .libs and yes, there is 
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 366008 avril 16  2025 libpgf.so.7*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 291208 juin  10  2021 lt-pgf*
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      6 avril 16  2025 pgf -> lt-pgf*
but after copying  this files he asked for shared libraries.

seeing that the size of your programs on github.com is greater than mine, i wonder they are standalone.
 i tried to execute the 4 programs with --help argument on unix and wsl
 but i get the message
./blob3.bin: ligne 7: erreur de syntaxe près du symbole inattendu « newline »
./blob3.bin: ligne 7: `<!DOCTYPE html>'
