doc: Group cli parameters to logical sections

- Indicate mandatory parameters of options.
- Add missing (undocumented) alternative option names
- Change semantic markup "parameter" -> "option" to differentiate with changing part ("replaceable")
- Fix some grammar

The https://l10n.kde.org/docs/doc-primer/actions-and-commands.html does not describe (at the moment of writing) the "parameter" tag for some reason.
