Power Management docs

Hi,

I'm running Debian on my laptop:

Distributor ID: Debian Description:    Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) 
Release:        12 Codename:       bookworm

I'm also using Help Centre v5.8.22123, which identifies my KDE as v5.103.0.

Selecting the "Battery and Brightness" icon from the system try brings 
up a pop-up window. Selecting the "Configuring Energy Saving..." icon 
(top-right) brings up "Energy Saving" in the System Settings. Selecting 
the "Help" button (bottom edge of window) brings up the "Power 
Management" help page in Help Centre.

On this page, the document says, under "Suspend session", that there are 
four possible statuses into which a session may be suspended: "Sleep", 
"Hibernate", "Shutdown" or "Lock screen".

In my version of KDE, there is a fifth option: "Hybrid sleep" that isn't 
mentioned in the document.

Also, it would be helpful if the documents were to describe these 
different statuses; for example, what is the difference between "Sleep", 
"Hybrid sleep" and "Hibernate"? How should the user identify which is 
the appropriate setting?
