SUMMARY
Desktop files (*.desktop) have three properties: Name, Description
(GenericName) and Comment.

If the Name and Description are the same, a description won't be shown when the
user hovers over the app's icon in the task manager.

Help Center's desktop file has the same name and description. So the desktop
file description could be changed to something like "Documentation viewer".
