Hello,

Reading [1] I saw this text:

"Note how we use b.k.o (general to-do items). Also point to Carlos' guide on 
quality.k.o"

It rather looks lijk that is some meta-information, not meant for the reader, 
but meant as a reminder for the author.
So I thought I'd mention it.
