Override dim inactive windows effect through window rules

Hello I use okular to read books while I'm studying and while this feature of dim inactive windows is useful when working with dual monitors and a lot of applications at the same time, it would be helpful to override this setting and disable it for specific applications or windows.

I tried to do this with window rules using the property inactive opacity, but doesn't work. Is there any way to do this currently?
