Hi,

To apply these formats globally across your system:
1. Open System Settings.
2. Navigate to Region & Language and select Formats.
3. Under the Time or Time Format category, look for a region/country that=20
natively uses the 24-hour clock and your preferred date layout (for example=
,=20
United Kingdom, Germany, or select the C locale for exact configurations).
4. Click Apply in the bottom right corner.
5. Log out and log back in for the changes to fully update everywhere, such=
 as=20
the lock screen.
