Update section "Online quotes" in the setting doc to reflect the current behavior

Update the Online Quote Sources documentation to reflect the
current behavior. KMyMoney now provides predefined online
quote sources and allows users to install additional sources
and updates via the Install button. The previous documentation
still described the manual update workflow and implied that
users always needed to edit quote source definitions when
an online provider changed.
