REVISION SUMMARY
  This test verifies Ekos start/stop using the Simulators profile.
  This test allows to reproduce BZ398192 when commenting out the delay identified by this bug at test_ekos.cpp:150.
  This test also shows that the UI lacks definitive feedback for the end of the procedure connecting INDI devices.

TEST PLAN
  This test is part of kstars_ui_tests.
