Hi Kartik,

I don't think we thought about ROCS this year -- the "typical" mentors for 
that application seem all to be busy, sick, or moving-house (sometimes all 
three). 

I see your merge request now -- as you can tell by the lack of response, 
there's not much maintainence going on either. Once I have some time I'll try 
to merge it. That's independeny of GSoC, though.
