D28767: SEP Focus improvements

  Reduced the disk footprint of the test fixtures.
  
  Reduced the disk size by cropping 2 of the 3 new text fixtures. Now 13.3Mb (was 23.3Mb).
  Had to adjust the golden values for number of stars detected and resulting HFRs.
