D29440: Move 2 logging statements from debug to info. printed only once per focus session.

REVISION SUMMARY
  User dmsummers made the reasonable request to move these to INFO to help with
  end-user focus analysis. In a typical nightly imaging session this might only add
  10 or 20 lines to the entire log.

TEST PLAN
  Check to see the two log lines are INFO instead of DEBG in the log.
