Especially when including development frameworks and tools it is referred to as "KDE Development Platform" As it is now, it is not very clear what term we should use in our communications. Is it correct to interpret from the above that the 'KDE Development Platform' is a subset of the 'KDE Platform', or does it include other things? If the former, then it makes sense to me that we use 'KDE Platform' when we are announcing a release. Once we come to a consensus about this I will modify the community wiki to reflect it and to make sure that things are clear there.
