Actually, I'd expect a named KDE contact/representative to reply to
pretty much everything except obvious spam/phishing - and you have
replied, so thanks.

Albert requested a check of whether the reps still responded on
kde-promo. This had already been raised on ev-marketing and was on my
todo list for when I got back from holiday (about a week ago - I
hadn't got around to it yet). Andrei offered to deal with this in
response to Albert's request (thanks Andrei).

What didn't happen was one of us who have been around a bit longer to
think about this and
(i) check who needs contacting - we several of the contacts such as
yourself are active so we didn't need to bother you
(ii) check (or offer to check) Andrei's plans for sending the emails

Really, someone (i.e. me) should have pre-filtered the list so that we
only contacted the necessary people rather than everyone.
