Unfortunately, I don't have a better idea. :/ I totally agree that "groupware" means nothing to most home users. While we are thinking about this, it is already confusing that the PIM is called Kontact, while the Addressbook in the PIM is called Contacts. PIM, or Personal Information Manager, became commonly used among office workers and businessmen in the UK in the late 1980s, so I was surprised to hear that many people don't know the term.
