Groupware is more common than PIM in the states but neither is that great for end user terms.  

Most people use webmail these days if they're a home user and MS Outlook in the office. Outlook is branded as just that...Outlook. So I'm in agreement that for public marketing efforts we should not talk about the individual parts and should instead focus in how Kontact is our email suite. You shouldn't really have to tell users it comes with a calendar and way to track contacts. People expect those features to be there now.  There aren't really any successful email clients that don't have those things integrated.
