kde-usa list

Hi guys,

As part of the effort towards a KDE USA-based local organization, there
is now a kde-usa mailing list. The archives are public; we can create a
private list at some point if need be.

I encourage those of you interested in working on USA-related KDE needs
to join. One of the first tasks we'll need to start working on is the
organization of the organization :-)
