I'd envisage one of these for each group (workspaces, apps, Platform) giving 
us at least three improvements in the various titles - I doubt we managed to 
squeeze more than three in to the titles before? So for 4.5 it might have 
been:

KDE's New Workspace Notifications Put You in Control
KDE Applications Bring Free Routing to Everyone
Faster Platform Brings WebKit Home to KDE

They're a bit sucky, particularly the workspace one, but this is about 60 
seconds of thought... It's also possible to get more than one improvement in 
(as per the Platform example).

This still needs working through in terms of what exactly would go on kde.org, 
whether we also run a brief unified SC announcement and how we'd deal with 
maintenance and prereleases - all of which I'll try and get to if no one beats 
me to it, but probably not until Sunday or later...

I'm coming round to this approach, I think :-) but I've still got a lot things 
to think about.
