booklet, new version

hi,

finally i could finish some work on the color. as Damien suggested there will 
be one color for each chapter, so that the reader can distinguish easily the 
chapters.

i uploaded a new version.

for typo and rewriting issue:

you can still change the stuff at google docs if you want

and then i will put it in the layout-file later on.
