Nice! Color/chapter is an attractive touch.

I will have a go at the content review.

I've also been thinking more about this DTP app issue. Maybe we can do
something with a FOSS application in the future. It took me quite a
while and much messing about to get Scribus to do what I want. Now I'm
on top of that hill, and it seems easy looking back. But I remember
that it was tough going sometimes.
