What's the story? From the 4.5.2 changelog and bug reports, no particular bugs or improved applications stand out for me. Is there some story line that captures the essence of the release? Here's a try... KDE October 2010 Release - Performance improvements The October release includes 33 major bugfixes. In addition, the KDE technical team responds to bug reports and feature requests continually. In a recent 7 day period, the top 20 people resolved over 550 bug reports, with some completed as quickly as 10 minutes. ---------------------------- Heck I don't know. It would be nice to refer to Project Elegance. It would be nice to have the release announcement reflect the incredible amount of time and effort people are putting into making KDE shine. Any ideas for a good story line? Carl _______________________________________________ This message is from the kde-promo mailing list.
