There is one: http://ur1.ca/1vtjo (the actual url is very long, with various 
parameters appended many of which are probably unnecessary but I haven't 
played with it yet). It shows up in Konq and Firefox with their little rss 
feed symbol, but you're right youtube don't seem to publicise it in the web 
page.

I haven't yet got around to adding the feed to Facebook, but that's what I was 
going to use. Maybe this weekend (but I've been writing 'maybe this weekend' a 
lot in the last few days to various people...)

Assuming it's possible to link multiple rss feeds into the identi.ca account 
that should be ok
