Which is actually not that difficult... I found a simple php script to combine 
feeds and set up a test combining the Dot and YouTube:

Will need some more testing and securing - I already had to tweak the script a 
bit to make it compatible with youtube urls - but in principle something like 
that could be used, for Facebook at least.
