Thanks for doing this, Stu, it is great! I have made a few additions and 
changed the order of some things within 'guidance', but in general I really 
like your proposal. Should we set a deadline for people to amend the outline 
so that we know when we can start making all these changes to the wiki? Or can 
I start working on them right away?
