There are definitely out of the box plugins for Wordpress that will help you
do syndication. I've played around with them before...they're pretty
straight forward but if you need help feel free to drop me a line off-list
to talk details.  The tricky part will probably be coordinating with others
whom you're trying to syndicate to get them to work out some agreed upon
method for only pushing the types of articles you want to your site.
