Thanks both for volunteering :-)

Lets say that Damien will take the lead on this one (first to reply - just!) 
and come up with some questions. If you'd like to work together on the 
questions that's cool too.

I'll send you both the guy's email address off-list in a few minutes - 
obviously make sure only one of you sends him questions ;-)  You can post the 
questions to promo list if you'd like a bit of feedback before you send them.
