Branding again...

Hey,

We're still not consistent with what we're putting out there :-(

So we have https://promo.notes.kde.org/34 to try and get this right.

But that doesn't match what has just happened for 4.5.2 and 4.5.3 (that also 
don't match each other that well). Maybe the proposal in the doc is not right, 
we can fix that. It definitely doesn't contain enough detail, which should 
really be a boilerplate announcement and Dot article. I can add that, but 
wanted to see first an agreement on the principles set out in the doc.

So, what's the way forward? Should I just make a decision on the bits that are 
still ambiguous in the doc and flesh out full guidance for the wiki? Sebas, if 
I do, will you use it? ;-) See below for my ideas.

Or do we need to discuss things some more?
