Heh, I always forget something - I meant to say also that this should go out 
on some mailing lists and ask which ones. I'm not really familiar with exactly 
what we have or what they all do, but I think Sebas has harassed people about 
filling in the feature plan in the past. kde-devel perhaps? does that reach 
enough/the right people?

Sure. I guess most devs read the planet too, but if they only do it via the 
web then there's a limited window where the blog  post would be near enough 
the top of planet to be noticed (of course it can be repeated at various 
times).

Yep. Part of what I meant, but didn't really articulate, was that it creates a 
bit of a free-for-all and if a lot of people did submit stuff it could get 
messy and unorganised. But personally I'd rather be going through unordered 
notes than starting from a blank(ish) page.
