I just finished writing up a draft Dot article to announce this.  Look for
that once it gets through the approval process.  And please feel free to
submit new designs to be added.  I think we're out of SVG/EPS slots until we
sell some things so use PNG for your file format if you propose something
new for now.  I'm going to clean up the wiki a bit to clarify instructions
for adding new ideas and also to remove some of the unnecessary clutter.
