Google Code-In task for designing a t-shirt for KDE-Edu

Hi,

I'd like to propose a task for Code-In students to make a t-shirt design for 
the KDE store based on our svg logo.

- if a student completes the task, should he propose the work to be approved 
by promo people first?
- what formats should he make the logo available and what license if any?
