Justin is really the man for this, but I think it would be fine for you (as 
mentor?) to decide when it is ok. Anything with the new KDE-Edu logo on it is 
going to look pretty cool, right? :-)

Assuming it starts as vector then we'd want the SVG source to allow later 
modification, if needed. To submit to spreadshirt it can be vector or pixel 
(high resolution - from memory 300dpi plus - PNG). I'm not sure if we're 
allowed any more vector uploads at the moment though.
