Second version of the booklet

Hey there,

i finished a second version of the booklet. Here a list of the changes:

- Development part included
- less empty space in the sidebars (text from Nikolaos included)
- speacial page for KDE teams (green boxes)
- hyperlinks everywhere
- bold application names (only for the first appearance)
- link list is a special page too (but not really special!)

What needs attention:

- workspaces part
- link list
- typos

I suggest that people tell me where they find typos (page number) and then i 
correct them. To copy paste from the google docs is not really a good workflow 
for me, because then i will create new typos in my opinion.

i dont know how to include the fonts. It is only on Mac OS, right? Could you 
send me a screenshot?

I am glad that the oxygen meeting was fruitful and i am looking forward to 
receiving the screenshots and the cover. Thanks very much for your effort!
