KDE has a policy of not paying for booths.  I think it has to do with the
rules of being a German non-profit organization, so basically reimbursement
here is not an option.  Historically, most organizations I've dealt with
don't have a problem waiving the fee for KDE so long as we demonstrate firm
commitment to show up and not waste their booth space by bailing at the last
second.  Jonathan, can you provide us some guidance here for Northeast LF's
policy?

Most of the materials are available in source files on the Promo wiki and
also if you look at the community.kde.org section for the ISMP which has
some "join the game" flyers, etc.  Let me know what you find there and we
can talk over anything that's missing.  Once you've got all the source files
you can get them printed somewhere and that cost can be submitted to the
e.V. board for reimbursement.  Ideally I think you'll want to get a quote
first and send it to the board ahead of time to make sure they agree it's OK
to spend that amount of money and that you'll be reimbursed before you drop
your own cash on it.
