It's awesome :-) I have been watching a little, even though lacking the time
to contribute.

Legally*, I don't believe we can do this without the explicit permission of
all contributors. Neither can we attribute copyright to KDE e.V. as on page 38
- I never transferred my copyright to KDE e.V. (though I would be happy to).

So, what are our options? Well, copyright is automatically with the creators
in most countries, so making no mention of copyright at all does not mean that
there is not any. We can add a notice later once we have full agreement. An
alternative is 'Copyright 2011, contributors' particularly since they are
listed on page 2.

Do any of the images included prevent us from taking this approach?

Sorry to be a pain at this late stage :-( If this has to be done now - then
just do it and ignore me. I don't think we need to worry about one of the
contributors causing problems about copyright. These rights only matter when
the holders are minded to enforce them :-)

If I can make one more request - on p39 could "KDE Desktop Suite" change to
just "KDE" or "KDE Software"? What is the KDE Desktop Suite?

Ultimately of course, we should have the booklet under a CC license (CC-by-sa
probably) to make future revisions, translations easier. But right now, we
need to have lots of printed copies for FOSDEM, allowing further distribution
is not necessary right now.

And, in future, we should get prior agreement on any shared docs about
copyright assignment (to KDE e.V.?) or acceptable licenses on the work we
produce, much like happens in the wiki.

Cheers,
Stu
