Seems most true to me (copyright notices are basically meaningless anyway and 
vague is ok - some Fedora stuff even says 'Copyright Red Hat and others')

I favour not specifying a license right now. That means whoever picks it up 
has no rights and will have to contact us for permissions. Is that a problem? 
Copying a printed version is kinda rubbish anyway, better to have a proper 
licence on a downloadable version.

However, if you must then I think CC-by-sa (and hope there are no objections)

You could put the e.V. address. However, I'm not sure that Claudia wants to be 
fielding random queries about the book, that she would probably just forward to 
kde-promo. So why not just:

Well, that would be awesome. But even if we miss FOSDEM, we're still going to 
have the most amazing booklet to give out at future events - something we've 
been working on for over a year and talking about for longer. So great work 
everyone involved!
