In order to make the booklet appear at FOSDEM, there's a little bit
more that needs to happen.

Okay...it comes down to getting the booklets from a print shop to
FOSDEM. If this can't be resolved, it's a show-stopper. But there's
always next time.

Two possibilities:
1. Someone who is attending FOSDEM agrees ahead of time to pick up the
booklets at the print shop. Is someone on this list going or do you
know someone who is going who would be willing to pick up the
booklets?
2. Someone volunteers (is conscripted) at FOSDEM to pick them up. This
works pretty well. Someone's got a car and they run errands. It's a
risk.
