Great job to everyone who helped on this!! If you have a look at
http://community.kde.org/Promo you will see that there is a very nice
skeleton structure for what pages we need eventually on our wiki.  Under
"Promo Pages > Material > Booth box sources" you will see there is a booklet
section.  Can we please ensure the latest version of this document is
uploaded to that page?  Also, if possible can we post a "ready to print"
version in PDF or something as well as whatever the source files are in case
someone wants to customize or expand on this in the future?

Just to echo Carl's point a bit...I've been helping in very minor capacity
(early on) and then watching this slowly progress since the Promo sprint of
2009.  It's been amazing to see the evolution of this booklet since then.
 Thanks so much to those of you who helped carry it through to completion.
 This will be an extremely valuable tool to our team!
