Ok, I've already pinged everyone individually who hasn't filled their details 
in yet. So lets set a deadline: end (UTC) of Tuesday 15 February. Then we'll 
come to a decision on dates based on what is filled in at that point.

If you don't provide an estimate of travel costs and accommodation needs by 
then, we will not be able to include your costs in the request for funding and 
may not be able to support your attendance.
