ok, let's kick this off ... and please, others on this list, let's brainstorm 
it together in this thread and see how many reasons we can come up with. at 
this point, none are "wrong", let's just gather them all up and then 
afterwards Emil and I can comb through them all and gather up the best several

agreed; and sorry for being one of those busy people who has let you down. in 
the midst of moving my house, a certain large company decided to make a 
massive and chaos-inducing announcement which has claimed my time. (yes, even 
before the announcement i was busied with things related to the fallout. :/ )
