we could drop the cents, but then that changes the amount per year. less than 
10 bucks a month is a snap decision for many people, and a month is easier to 
conceptualize. 25 is different kind of decision, and a quarter is harder to 
understand in a snap decision. the idea is to try and turn this into an 
impulse decision as much as possible.

we could say "less than 9 euro a month"? that gets rid of the cents, let's us 
use the word "less than" which is always good when it comes to money, and 
keeps the 'per month' thinking.

thoughts?
